Yoyo players come from many tribes, but most of them have one thing in common: music.
It’s not that we like music, everybody likes music. What I am saying is that we live music. It’s such an important part of our lives that we simply can’t pass a day without listening (or making) some tunes. And yoyoing is such a good sport for people like us.
Can you imagine a soccer match with soundtrack? Or maybe a wrestling match? Yoyoing contests, on the other hand, are all about music.
We play our favorite songs when we are performing and we pick great tunes for our videos. The best yoyo videos are like the good old 411VM films, eclectic and unpredictable.
When I start a video the very first thing I do is to select the soundtrack. I’ve worked with tracks from Mos Def, Cunninlynguists, Avenged Sevenfold, Thrice, Millencolin and many more. Sky is the limit!

But sometimes I listen to underground hip-hop while yoyoing… or indie. It depends on my daily taste or something.
